Counseling Internship Program
Expanding Access to Quality Mental Health Care
At Collaborative Solutions Counseling, we believe that quality mental health care should be accessible to everyone. Through our Counseling Internship Program, graduate-level counseling and marriage and family therapy students provide services to individuals, couples, and families while receiving ongoing supervision and mentorship from Anna Thomison, LMFT-S, CST.
Our interns are carefully selected and receive regular supervision, consultation, and training to support their professional growth and ensure ethical, client-centered care. Working with an intern allows clients to receive affordable counseling services while also contributing to the development of the next generation of therapists.
Affordable Therapy Options
Intern counselors offer reduced-fee counseling services, making therapy accessible to clients who may not otherwise be able to afford care. Depending on availability, services may include:
- Reduced-fee counseling
- Sliding scale appointments
- Limited pro bono opportunities
- Individual, couple, and family therapy services
Clients working with interns benefit from the insight and support of both their counselor and the supervising clinician, creating a collaborative approach to care.
