Talking about sex and sexual difficulties can be difficult. We are taught that it is a taboo, forbidden topic. Most of us didn't have an opportunity to learn the vocabulary to have informed discussions. Some of us may have been discouraged from even exploring out own bodies.
This is why I invested in advanced training and strive to provide a safe collaborative environment for clients.

With busy lives working and raising children, the once romantic and passionate relationship, may become neglected and wither. This can cause loneness, sadness, hopelessness, and lead to thoughts of separation, or divorce.
However, through sex therapy, you can learn how intentional actions and a little nurturing the passion can bring back that spark .

Excess stress, anxiety, and fear of disappointing your partner can cause sexual difficulties. relationship therapy and sex therapy can guide you through the process of reducing performance anxiety and increasing you and your partner's connection and sexual pleasure.
Opening marriage/relationship
Relationship therapy and Sex therapy are the optimal place to discuss and plan for a successful transition from monogamy to consensual, ethical non monogamy or help repair the relationship when mistakes are made. Opening the relationship can be a good solution for bringing back the excitement and passion in the relationship for some couples. However, in the eagerness and excitement of opening the relationship mistakes can be made that can lead to relationship and sexual difficulties.
