NOW OFFERING SLIDING SCALE FEES & EVENING AND WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS IN IRVING, TX

My decision to become a Marriage and Family Therapist grew from a lifelong curiosity about people and a desire to understand what shapes the way we think, feel, and interact with others. Early in my career, I worked in retail, where I met people from many different backgrounds and had the opportunity to hear their stories. Those everyday conversations taught me how much I value connecting with people and learning about the experiences that shape their lives. My own experiences with therapy opened my eyes to the difference a supportive and compassionate therapist can make. Experiencing that impact firsthand inspired me to pursue a career where I could offer that same sense of understanding and support to others. As an intern under the guidance and supervision of Anna Thomison LMFT-S, CST, I hope to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable exploring the challenges they are facing. I believe that everyone has a unique story, and I feel privileged to walk alongside clients as they work toward greater understanding, stronger relationships, and meaningful change.
In-office sessions are in Las Colinas near Dallas, TX
I am a first-generation college graduate from the heart of California’s Central Valley. After receiving my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California Merced, I moved to San Francisco. Living in a much more diverse community exposed me to people, cultures, and perspectives that were different from my own and taught me valuable lessons about the importance of acceptance, openness, and understanding. I moved to Dallas in June 2025 with my husband and our two dogs, and I have enjoyed building a new life and becoming part of the DFW community.
These experiences have shaped my collaborative approach to therapy. I work alongside clients to better understand their experiences, recognize their strengths, and identify possibilities for the lives and relationships they want to create. I tailor my approach to support each individual’s unique experiences, values, and relationships because no single approach fits everyone. I hope to provide a space where clients feel empowered and accepted for who they are as they move toward meaningful change.
My clinical interests include LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, individual and couples therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also have a strong interest in exploring the ways communication, connection, and individual experiences shape relationships. I hope to eventually pursue additional training in sex therapy so I can support clients in developing healthy, fulfilling, and authentic intimate relationships.
