I am an in-network with most major insurances and EAPs listed below. If you would like to learn more about your plan's behavioral health benefits, call the customer service number listed on the back of the card. You may want to ask them about any deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and number of allowed sessions. Most insurances do not reimburse for 90 minute or 2hr sessions.

EAP (Employee Assistance Program)
To utilize your EAP benefits, contact your company's human resource department. They can help you contact the EAP company where you can obtain an authorization number for sessions. I am an in-network provider with the following EAP companies.
